Job Description:

You will responsible
for Capture all relevant user requirements in clear and precise
manner. Develop course structure. Design instructional strategies
and course delivery models. Construct appropriate assessment strategies
to ensure learners' understanding and performance. Interaction
with target audience for better understanding. Review final product
as per instructional design standards/ DSD. Work with different
individuals /professionals from different backgrounds. Keep abreast
of new trends in eLearning. |
Candidate profile:

Post graduate degree in English,
Education, Instructional Design, Mass Communication, or Journalism.
With 2 to 8 yr. Experience. Should have Previous experience in
eLearning. Experience in the use of media like graphics, illustrations,
photographs, audio, video, animations, and simulations in instruction
and Familiarity with Web-related technologies. Understanding of
Assessment methodologies and techniques. Good communication skills
(Written as well as Oral) & observation skills Note:-
