Job Description:

 Capture client’s requirements in clear and concise manner.

 Liaise with clients based in US/Europe from project briefs through project sign-offs.

 Ensure project execution within budget, schedule and quality as per requirements.

 Handle people issues.
-
 Manage and lead high performance teams.
-
 Explore possible marketing opportunities for existing products and contribute in pre-sales support.
-
 Help develop standards/processes for project.
Candidate profile:
-
 Experience of at least 3 years to be in eLearning business domain, and 2 years in leading teams.
-
 Have in-depth knowledge of the eLearning SDLC.
-
 Excellent communication skills. Able to negotiate and positively influence all internal/external customers.
-
 Proficient in project management tools & spreadsheets (MS Project, MS Excel etc.). Exposure to web based tools and technologies (Share point, client dashboards etc.).
-
 Familiarity with eLearning standards (AICC/SCORM).
-
 Relationship management – Vendors/clients; People handling skills etc.
Minimum Exp: 3 years
Maximum Exp: 7 years
