offers two distinct forms of working models. Based on the
need and context, the client has the option of choosing
either of the two models: |

| XDT |
| XDT stands for Extended
Delivery Team. Under this model a specific team is deployed
and dedicated to
a particular client’s assignments for a fixed period
of time. Such dedicated team works exclusively for the
client and does not undertake or entertain projects from
any other source. It has been witnessed quite often that
under such arrangement, teams generally over perform and

| FPC stands for Fixed Project
Costing. Under this model the project undertaken is completed
for a fixed
